Special Note: We are a proud member of the Eastern Shore Tri Series! The series consists of the Pocomoke Tri, Nanticoke Tri and the Assateague Assault Tri. There are cash prizes for the top athletes of the series. If you enter all three events through the tri series, you also receive a reduced entry free. For more information click here. We are utilizing Lin-Mark Computer Sports, Inc for event registration and timing. Lin-Mark provides exceptional chip timing and support services for sports events. The results will be posted both during the event, on the Lin-Mark site and on this web site.
All athletes will be required to sign a release to participate in the Triathlon or the 3 mile swim. The waiver will be completed during the registration process.
Registration:
The cost for participants will be as follows:
- Triathlon Participant: $70
- Triathlon Relay (includes all participants): $120
- 3 Mile Swim: $60
- 1/2 Mile Swim: $35
All participants must be members of USA Triathlon. One day memberships are available for $10 during the registration process. Additional fees may apply.

Water Conditions:
We are expecting the water temperature to be around 62 degrees in the beginning on May. For information about the swim location, take a look at the DNR site.
Wetsuit Rentals:
Wet suits are highly recommended. Bonzai Sports is working with us to provide wetsuit rentals for the events. We recommend the following:
- Rent or purchase wetsuits online at Bonzai Sports and have them delivered to your home. The rental rate is $35 for one week.
- Check the wetsuit - go to the local pool and make sure the wetsuit fits properly
- You may return the wetsuit to Bonzai after the event - they will be onsite for the event
