Recycling and Composting
All food waste, kitchen ware, plates and cups will be composted by Greenbranch Farms All plastic, aluminum, paper, cardboard and glass by Delmarva Recycling

Use of Alternative Fuel Vehicles
The SAG (Support And Gear) vehicles are alternative energy vehicles, boating support will include kayaks, and the tri course support will be enhanced by bikes.

Carpooling Initiative
We are offering premier parking on a first-come first-served basis for athletes and spectators who carpool! To use the premier parking, you must either three athletes per vehicle or all seats filled to park here. Just show up at the premier parking area with the seats filled and you will be sent right in!

Finisher Metals
The finisher metals will be designed and manufactured using recycled and scrap metals by a local metal fabrication shop, Miller Metals, Inc

Renewable Energy Credits
Ninety Tons of CO2 emissions were offset by locally generated solar energy credits. The credits were generated from the solar panels on an Eastern Shore business Delta Sales.
